1.Open the HALO app.
2.Go to the main menu and select 'Help'.
3.Choose the ride or issue you need help with.
4.Select the relevant topic and follow the prompts to get assistance.

For urgent issues, you can contact our phone support team. Phone support is available 24/7 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
•In-App Call: You can call us directly from the app during your ride or up to one hour after your ride has ended.

Our help center website is available 24/7 with answers to frequently asked questions and guides on how to use our services. You can also submit a support request through our website.
