HALO Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HALO mobile applications, websites, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by HALO Technologies Inc. (“HALO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. The Services

The Services constitute a technology platform that enables users to arrange transportation and logistics services with independent third-party providers.

HALO does not provide transportation services and is not a transportation carrier. All services are provided by independent third-party providers.

2. User Accounts

To use the Services, you must create an account and be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and maintain the security of your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  • Post, share, or transmit abusive, offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users or providers

  • Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities

HALO has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

4. User-Generated Content & Moderation

The Services may allow users to submit content such as ratings, feedback, or messages.

  • Users are solely responsible for the content they submit

  • HALO reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any content that violates these Terms

  • HALO uses moderation systems to detect and prevent objectionable content

5. Reporting & Blocking

To ensure user safety, HALO provides the following features:

  • Report Content/User: Users can report inappropriate content or behavior directly within the app

  • Block Users: Users can block abusive individuals. Once blocked:

    • The blocked user cannot संपर्क you

    • Their content will be immediately removed from your view

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and appropriate action will be taken.

6. Enforcement & Account Suspension

HALO reserves the right to:

  • Remove objectionable content

  • Suspend or permanently ban users who violate these Terms

This may occur without prior notice.

7. Payments

Use of the Services may result in charges. HALO facilitates payments on behalf of third-party providers.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties. HALO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Saudi Arabia.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Users must accept these Terms before registering or logging into the app.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
